Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BADWYA PERFUMES, we are committed to providing a fragrance experience worthy of your trust. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before completing your purchase.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
Due to the nature of our fragrance products, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind may be accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with its original outer packaging and seals intact. All original accessories, gifts, and samples supplied with the order must also be included, where applicable.
Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted for fragrances whose outer packaging has been opened or that have been used, subject to any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an item that differs from your order, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.
We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable laws.
The recommended 48-hour reporting period helps us resolve issues promptly and does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
4. Shipping and Return Costs
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping and return costs, where legally permitted and disclosed in advance.
If a return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, shipping and return costs will be handled in accordance with the responsibility for the issue and applicable laws.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved for return, we will initiate the refund process as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds will be issued using an appropriate method agreed upon with the customer, taking into account the original payment method and available processing options. The time required for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Where a customer is entitled to a refund, we will coordinate with the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp using the contact link on our website. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
All requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy, subject to the consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include delivery.
